The young lady who is the "manager"at this particular business is mean, nasty, rude, inconsiderate, condescending and has an allegiance to enforcing "rules" over providing amicable customer service. Completely inflexible and unprofessional. Severe errors with billing as well - placing a lock on my unit because she cannot adequately keep track of billing. When presented with evidence that I did in fact pay, and further corroborated by their own records, she was by and large not sorry.

The other lady is very nice and kind, however. The young lady needs to find a different line of work that doesn't involve talking to anyone. I know this is a harsh review, but I dislike being treated like a criminal every time I wish to access spaces that I pay for well in advance. It's not professional or nice. Go somewhere else and pay a little more - you will be glad you did.
