It recently changed hand's & what a great team they came in & put carts out ,bought a new truck, brought in a really nice on site manager very friendly & efficient. JUST REALLY A GOOD COMPANY OUT TO SATISFY
YOUR STORAGE NEEDS I RECENTLY BOUGHT A HOME SO I WILL BE LEAVING BUT IF I EVER
NEED TO STORE MY STUFF AGAIN I WILL TOTALLY GO BACK TO UNIVERSAL..

What made the experience so pleasant was the two ladies I had the pleasure to deal with. Judy and Cynthia were absolutely delightful and made the whole process simple and seamless. Great personalities, good communications skills and very informative about their overall services. I was also given access to their moving truck that was an added bonus.
