Customer service is exceptional!
Went in for alternator replacement. They were honest and proved that the alternator did not need replacing and the issue was with the belt. Where as other mechanics may have charged for a new alternator and never assessed the situation, or just lied for more money than just a belt change.
They fully assessed my entire truck and handed me a list of all the repairs the vehicle needs, which ones were priority and which ones could wait. All of this was free of charge (as long as repairs were done with them)
